Human Capability Morphology

Your Avatar is grown from data and illuminated by evidence.

The IWAS Avatar is not a score, type or decorative profile. It is a living capability organism: its shape reflects your capability architecture, while its color reflects the strength and quality of evidence behind what you can do.

Core principle

The Avatar should not be drawn by an artist. It should be grown by the mathematics of the person.

Shape = capability structure. Color = evidence confidence. Connections = statistical relationships.

Avatar Showcase

Four different capability morphologies.

The IWAS Avatar changes shape and color depending on capability structure, evidence strength and validation. These examples show a narrow specialist, an early-stage newcomer, a reliable medium worker and a broad field expert.

Shape

Capability domains grow out from a central mass. Stronger or deeper capabilities create longer extensions. Related capabilities form thicker shared stems.

Color

Without validation, the organism remains mostly grayscale. Evidence from tests, projects, peer ratings and outcomes adds color and confidence.

Connections

Correlations, hierarchical models and SEM structures determine which capabilities cluster together and how the organism finds its unique shape.

How to read the Avatar

Core mass
Identity, motivation, values and self-regulating systems.
Stems and branches
Capability domains, clusters and specializations.
Thickness
Evidence amount, confidence and cluster strength.
Color
Validation source and evidence quality.

Evidence illumination

Color is not decoration. Color tells how strongly a capability is supported.

Unknown / little evidence
Gray
Self-report / reflection
Pale
Work / project evidence
Color
Tests / peer validation
Strong
Multi-source outcome evidence
Vivid

Your live IWAS Avatar

This early prototype still loads capability scores from your IWAS Odyssey profile. In future versions, the organism shape and color will be generated from richer evidence, correlations and validation data.

Capability network view

This prototype network arranges your capabilities around a central core. Later versions can position them using covariance, factor structure and SEM relationships.

Odyssey stage

🌑 Discovery
A mostly grayscale organism begins to appear.
🌱 Emerging
Small buds and early capability stems develop.
🌿 Demonstrated
Evidence adds color to the organism.
🌳 Verified
Multiple evidence sources strengthen confidence.
🌌 Contribution
A mature capability organism creates value for others.
