Capability society

Where people develop, demonstrate and validate capability together.

IWAS Society is the community layer of the IWAS universe. It is not social media for popularity. It is a structured environment where work, critique, mentoring, collaboration and contribution become evidence for the IWAS Avatar.

Core principle

Social activity must strengthen capability evidence.

Every interaction should answer one question: does this help a person discover, improve, demonstrate or verify a capability connected to work, creation or contribution?

1
Share work
A project, design, essay, translation, prototype, lesson or idea.
2
Receive critique
Peer, mentor, expert or client feedback.
3
Improve capability
Feedback becomes a development path.
4
Add evidence
Validated work strengthens the Avatar.
Society spaces

Studios, workshops, labs and circles.

These spaces are designed around capability growth, not attention. A person joins a space to build, receive critique, collaborate and grow their Avatar.

Evidence architecture

Community feedback becomes structured evidence.

IWAS Society should not count likes or followers. It should collect meaningful signals that strengthen or refine the Avatar.

Reviewer credibility

Not all feedback is weighted equally.

The credibility of critique should depend on the reviewer’s own Avatar maturity, demonstrated capability, and history of useful feedback.

Example

A senior designer’s critique of visual communication may carry more evidence weight than a beginner’s reaction — but peer feedback still matters for learning and motivation.

Prototype interaction

Submit work for critique

This is a non-saving prototype form. Later it can connect to Supabase and become the first real Society workflow.

Connection to work

Society is not separate from the world of work.

IWAS Society helps people build the evidence needed to move from potential to opportunity. A critique, a small project, a mentor review or a collaboration can all strengthen the Avatar and prepare the person for the Opportunity Network.
